United Spinal Association

United Spinal Association is a national 501(c) (3) nonprofit membership organization dedicated to empowering and advocating for people with spinal cord injuries and disorders (SCI/D) and all wheelchair users to achieve their highest quality of life.

We are the leading national organization directly serving and advocating for people with SCI/D, all wheelchair users and their loved ones, providing free resources, one-on-one guidance, comprehensive programs and services, and peer support.

We are united in our belief that people with disabilities have the right to equal opportunities in all facets of society.

Since 1946, United Spinal has worked to overcome the stigma of disability and remove physical barriers to inclusion so that people with SCI/D can pursue their goals.
